At Berriess Designs, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent returns and refunds policy to assist you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are available in case of a default only as long as your reach us within 1 day of receiving your order

    We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and ensure it meets your requirements before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, please feel free to contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you in making an informed decision. Thank you for shopping with us.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing parts due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

  • Items marked as final sale orders are non-returnable.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Berriessdesigns@gmail.com with the subject line:  Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Your full name and contact information.

    • Order number and date of purchase.

    • Reason for return.

    • Photos of the item (to show the damage or defect).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

  4. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping address and guidelines for packaging.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


4. Refunds Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Berriessdesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging.

  • Your order number and details of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, where applicable.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as sale.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
