Orders are processed 24/7 and are normally shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date.
Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 business days for Cairo and Alexandria and may take up to 5 business days for other cities.
If an order is placed during a sale or promotion, please expect an additional 1-2 business days processing time due to an increased volume in orders.
Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize delays.
